FULL BODY OR ISOLATED?

    So i've been experimenting with different workout routines. Due to a constant strain/muscle tightness i've been experiencing in my forearm, I decided to try doing full body workouts in order to alleviate some stress on my arms. I'm not quite sure if I'm seeing the benefits.

    What do you guys think? What's better? Full body workouts, or isolated muscle workouts? Would love to hear your thoughts.

    I always do both. I also do full body to avoid my body appearing uneven and unbalanced in strength and size like Popeye, or Johnny Bravo! Forget that noise!
