Steve Smith, who is a state (Pennsylvania) chairman for the white nationalist group American Third Position, has won an election for the Republican party.

He won the election to represent a county in northeastern Pennsylvania for the Republican Party Committee.

In 2003 Steve Smith was arrested for shouting racial slurs and throwing a brick at a black man in Scranton, Pennsylvania. He received a 60-day sentence for ethnic intimidation and terrorist threats.

Ahh! What has devolved from the party of Lincoln? A "party" of fear, hatred, and xenophobia. Too bad.

Yes. It's a pity that the Republican Party has become so extremist and unstable. Our country needs a good strong two-party system (at least two parties).

Oh well, until then, I guess the Democratic Party has enough sense to go around.

    We care. We share.
