What's ironic is that the man who originally portrayed Bozo the Clown here in Chicago passed away about two weeks ago.

You're right. That IS totally ironic!

In case you don't remember, here are a few of Bush's quotes, sometimes called "Bushisms"

http://politicalhumor.about.com/cs/georgewbush/a/top10bushisms.htm"You work three jobs? … Uniquely American, isn't it? I mean, that is fantastic that you're doing that."

    Let's not forget:

http://politicalhumor.about.com/cs/georgewbush/a/top10bushisms.htm"Too many good docs are getting out of the business. Too many OB-GYNs aren't able to practice their love with women all across this country"

I think he would look better as a chimp.
But a clown will suffice. His presidency is laughable.

WOW! With his bone structure, he really pulls it off. Good for him...it's always good to shoot for your dreams.

I'm afraid the masquerade is over in six months (and counting down everyday). Piagliachi can start crying and stop lying. Just my two cents.

It is not ironic, but it is a great coincidence.

It might be funny if it were not also tragic...

Bush may go down in history as the Commodus of the American Republic...

So an appropriate new career path awaits him? Funny and scary at the same time...oh yeah, perfect transition from the already familiar.

I don't think it's so funny. It isn't funny at all.

I agree, I don't think it's funny either. Clowns have a bad enough reputation as it is. I like clowns and don't find them scary, but that's just horrifying. Can't we just go back to thinking of Shrub as the doodie flinging chimp he is?

After reading the article that VineyardHomo posted in another thread, I think chimp would be more appropriate, the man is de-evolving more and more each day.
