Ive been working out for several years now - more of the lean athletic type here - but in the last year or so I've hit a plateau, and in the search for something that will take me to the next level, Im looking at crossfit.

Does anyone have any recommendations for a good crossfit gym in SD?

    Thanks

Oooh, that sounds fun. I'll be there this weekend. Wouldn't mind partaking in that while I'm away haha. If anyone know of any, do share!

There is a pretty good crossfit on Linda Vista just south of USD.

Crossfit Sun in Carmel mountain ranch is one of the best so I'm told. Just ask BlackLabSD, he was a member there and hes willing to bet that the owners went to bed each night thinking of ways to make the gym better. He now lives in chula vista though, and he says his new crossfit gym doesn't even compare to crossfit sun.

I live in OB and was gonna try OB Crossfit next year. If I don't like it ill do crossfit sun...it's near my work anyway.

In any case, check out reviews online and talk to people. Good luck and lemme know which one you decide on.

You should look at the crossfit web page to find an affiliated gym!
