Just experienced this for the first time and thought I'd share what I learned from my doc on this...

...if you discover blood in your ejaculate...

...IT'S OK.

It can be nothing, or indicative of a UTI .. rarely anything worse.

It's really common, especially for guys in their 30's. Often resolves on it's own.

Best part is, I now have to "monitor" things closely - and given what needs to take place to produce a sample, I am going to have a fun week monitoring my health!

That said, if it's frequent, or if you have secondary symptoms (blood in urine, fever, pain, etc) get to your doctor's!

Reminds me of when I had to retake my PSA test last year, and my doctor ordered me to ejaculate at least 3 times a week for 6 weeks. Okay!

The first few times I ever ejaculated I experienced this, which seemed to confrim everything mama Catholic church was telling me.
