three main meals

    Hi
    I'm not certain on what healthy foods I should be eating for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

    take in mind my goal is to look healthy and gain more muscle.
    I will be starting a workout routine once I find out what healthy foods to get.
    I will be working out in my house because I have the equipment shown in one of my other threads.

    Would appreciate any answers.

    Depends on your specific goals, but in general plenty of fruit and veg, and mix it up with fish, meat, poultry.

    But don't put off an exercise routine whilst formulating a diet. Simply start exercising today.

    thanks and true, I have been exercising a fair bit last week to get used to it, is half an hour to an hour all in one go ok for exercise every day?
