Tuesday is HUGE for my state and the future direction of our nation. If Walker wins I believe the reformation of America begins state by state. If he loses I believe we are a nation for the unions, by the unions and of the unions.

This is truely a crossroads election.

There are many states in the US that dont have unions like Texas. So your statement is false.

This election is a referrendum on whether elections can be bought and sold. If walker wins, the Koch brothers just bought themselves an election. If walker loses, our democracy wins.

Not true, a small majority of this state stands with walker, regardless of the money being pumped into it.

One senate seat lost is no big deal. All it will do is what is happeneing in Washington....nothing! Besides, there is one democratic senator in northern Wisconsin that is going to be recalled in the fall because of his vote on the mining bill. and probably 2 others that will flip republican in the 2014 election. My guess is Walker wins and the 4 republican senators keep their seats.

I love how you so often state things like this as fact. You think by now you would know the recall procedure in this state. First, the signatures to recall need to be collected. Secondly, he (I presume Sen.Robert Jauch) is eligible for recall now. Why wait until the Fall?

the state is re-called out. it would be better to recall the dem in the fall. The minning bill might come back from what I hear. I also hear there are some real reforms comming our way when Walker wins his recall. Cant wait !!

Just checked up on the recall effort for Sen. Jauch. It was "suspended".
I hope the mining bill does come back. The bill that was voted down was handwritten by the mining industry. Tourism is the backbone of Northern WI. Those dollars stay local and aren't sucked away by a multi-national conglomeration.

I'll be glad to have Walker's recall win behind us so things can move on

Alas, even if he wins, the only thing moving on will be the John Doe investigation. So far there have been six indictments, fifteen felony charges and two convictions of Walker's closest allies. There are also thirteen Walker associates who have been granted immunity. Not difficult to figure out who the "John Doe" is in the criminal investigation.
