alot of what he says makes sense. Its obvious that the best way to burn calories with a lasting effect is circuit training. There is something that has just started around here called Timed Exercise.. it uses the circuit style training. You have a rotation of pre-determined exerces, to be done in a certain amount of time and they lift decent weight. Each workout is 30 minutes so it is high paced with additional calories being burnt afterwards through building/reapairing muscle.
what I dont like about what this guy is implying. Sounds like he is suggesting 2 days between workouts. and this whole AfterBurn, makes sense for a limited amount of time but not for two days.
