Has anyone seen that dude who has inhabited pretty much all of the internet, including Youtube? And has anyone actually used his program? If so, has it worked? Or is it just some silly gimmic?

I thought this was about the glee character's abs and possibly links to numerous shots of them... kinda disappointed.

did you go to this page http://sixpackshortcuts.com/?c=3&k=99

alot of what he says makes sense. Its obvious that the best way to burn calories with a lasting effect is circuit training. There is something that has just started around here called Timed Exercise.. it uses the circuit style training. You have a rotation of pre-determined exerces, to be done in a certain amount of time and they lift decent weight. Each workout is 30 minutes so it is high paced with additional calories being burnt afterwards through building/reapairing muscle.

what I dont like about what this guy is implying. Sounds like he is suggesting 2 days between workouts. and this whole AfterBurn, makes sense for a limited amount of time but not for two days.

I can't seem to get a six pack, but I'm certainly not going to follow advice about losing weight. I think that I should not lose weight.

I didn't know it was possible for Asian men to get ripped abs. I thought there was something in our genetic make-up that made it impossible except for a few genetically gifted types.

Really? I would think that our slighter builds would make it EASIER for us to at least show visible abs. It's gaining muscle that I seem to have a harder time with compared to my non Asian buddies who put in less effort. Which is why I find Mike Chang's jacked physique to be mesmerizing (among other things icon_wink.gif )

I got a killer ab workout. I sit up to get remote. I lean forward to get my laptop. I twist to adjust my pillows. I lean back and let my body fit dent I lay in every night.
