RJ muscle building workout.

    whats going on everyone? I just started doing the RJ muscle building workout and was wanting to get some feedback from someone who has done it or is doing it now like what kind of gains you are getting or any other information thats helpful.

    i'm currently using supplements to help out. Nitraflex pre-workout, BSN True Mass and BSN Cell Mass post workout.

    i followed the workout plan and also added my own workouts to it only because my prework supplement kept me going way longer than the planned workouts did. make sure you choose a weight that works out for you given the number of sets and reps.

    I'm not a fan of doing 40 set workouts or using the rep range that they use. It's really hard to build strength doing 15 reps. They also recommend far too many isolation movements imo.
