    Certainly is amazing, and I'm glad you think so icon_smile.gif It wasn't until around 20 years ago that devices like these were an available option. Back then, it was either try hearing aids (which often still led to impaired speech and difficulty in terms of transitioning into the mainstream world) or live within the Deaf community, which is very supportive within itself but limits your opportunities within the world.

    I myself, am in the process of getting a 2nd implant after being able to maximize the benefits of the first one.
