Dubrovnik, with its windswept terraced hillsides and ancient stone walls gleaming like mother-of-pearl crowned with red-tiled roofs on an azure sea:

Cool choice.
Amazing how Dubrovnik and Sarajevo have recovered.
Just 20 years ago.

The lakes at Barriloche in the Patagonian area of Andes would be one of the most naturally beautiful

Including man-made vistas I would claim the view of Vancouver from my condo near English Bay

Mykono, Capri, St John are all stunning to me. And after seeing photos of Dubrovnik, I think I know where I want to travel to next year.

Barbados West Indies...The waters were emerald green-blue...ventured the entire island...from the sugar cane fields to the north to the multi-colored reefs to the south...The people were warm and pleasant.

The Irish countryside late nights at the end of June / beginning of July - a strange and beautiful blue light makes everything look amazing.

Lohjanjärvi, a lake in southern Finland. It's far enough out from the city that there's no noise, and no light pollution; just a calm lake surrounded by birch and pine trees, barley fields, the aurora borealis, and the tallest chamomile flowers I've ever seen. Hell of a beautiful place to break an arm.

amazingly beautiful!

I've biked the west coast of the South Island of New Zealand from Nelson to Queenstown... unbelievable how varied the beauty there is in such a small country: oceans, mountains, glaciers, rainforests, rivers and all of it awe inspiring.

That's my pick!

It would be very difficult to name the most beautiful place I've been, but Capri, Italy would be up there.

Actually, some of the most beautiful places on Earth can be found right here in California. Here is Pebble Beach looking across Carmel Bay toward Point Lobos & Big Sur - less than two hours from the Bay Area.
