I'm sorry but everytime I hear Tom Hardy's 'accent' I just burst out laughing.

I don't know much about Batman but I didn't expect Bane to speak like he's trying out for a place at the Royal Shakespeare Company

Thank Gawd! its a 'Okay' Trailer! and it smells Good!!!, but.... Anne Hathaway hmmmm...she would be crucial!

all I know is ill be getting the OST first with James Newton in, his scores are nothing less then spectacular!

As the last in a 'trilogy' I so, so hope that it is better than other 'finals' (like Spiderman 3, The return of the Jedi, Scream 3, Back to the Future 3, Shrek 3 (OK, there's a fourth, but I haven't seen it yet), Terminator 3, Mission Impossible 3 (and 2)

Seeing it next Friday with the older bro, sis, and cousins. We are waiting for the hype to die down and that is usually what i always do when a movie i want to see comes out by waiting until stuff calms down. (Hype and overcrowded movie theaters)

I usually avoid crowded theaters too... but I don't think I can wait that long for Dark Knight because spoilers are going to be all over the internet!

It's not going to be as good as TDK as Joker's disappearing pencil can't be beat. But it's still sure to astound audiences. Can't wait to see Hathaway's Catwoman. I think sh'ell surprise us all. And Hardy can definietly be friggin scary! He'll cause some pain as Bane for sure!

This should tide audiences over until the inevitable reboot....

Why is this being called the conclusion? I'm afraid it means Batman will die in the end or something. I have no idea, so this isn't a spoiler, it's just what I'm worried will happen, just like when they killed Ripley in Alien 3.

Nolan is calling it a conclusion because it's the last Batman film he's directing and he set up the films as a 3-part act. It's also Christian Bale's last time playing Batman.

I do think it's still possible Batman dies in this film. My guess is the character Joseph Gordon-Levitt plays takes over as Batman.

You forgot Rush Hour 3, Matrix 3 (Revolutions) , Bourne 3 (Supremacy I Think)

Almost all 3rd movies in trilogies flop

I think "A Nightmare on Elm Street 3" could have been the best horror movie of all time if Wes Craven had directed it and they tweaked a few things.

Batman rests on Nolan's shoulders.

I loved Nightmare 3 but even under Craven's direction 'best horror movie of all time' ?! I don't think so

Although Bane is brute and very strong he is originally also highly intelligent. This makes him even more menacing.
Bane's accent is supposed to reflect his high intelligence. Since the character would have studied in Britain but was born on a Caribbean island his accent would have to be a combination of Carribbean English and Oxford English. So actually yeah Tom Hardy did an amazing job with the accent.
