No Joke... New Goal!!!

    Being lazy lately, and decide today to go back to a very strict diet and sport training. My goal are to reach that kind of body, Olivier Giroud, or Senn Adam...Or date them haha icon_biggrin.gif

    I only have to lose some body fat and gain a little bit of muscle. But the last few kilos are always the hardest to lose!

    Stats:

    1m76
    72 kilos (yeah put in weight a bit lately :rollicon_smile.gif
    braist 105 cm
    hip 90 cm
    waist 83 cm
    shoulders 120 cm
    arm 34 cm



    Goal:
    1m76 ... cant really grow up more!icon_biggrin.gif
    77 kilos gainning muscle and lose a bit of fat
    braist 115 cm
    hip 90 cm
    waist 85 cm
    shoulders 125 cm
    arms 37 cm


    Im a very food lovers... So whats works for me in the past diet I made in the past is:

    -Breakfast ...eat everything I want (yes Eerything!) fruits, whole grain bread, CHEESE, juices, eggs, chocolate,...

    -Lunch ...Low fat protein (chicken, white egss,...)veggies, and small portion of carbs

    -diner ...0% yogurth, Chicken breast.

    Everyday sport: 1h lifting, 1h30 cardio training (bike or run)






    So hopefully I will get some encouragement here, are this web site is about fitness and health after all!

    Gain a bit on my pecs, and abs...
    Want to gain a bit more, then start to dry and have a ripper body!

    Given your current natural physical shape, you better stick with dating them.

    AhahI wish I could date at least one of them..
    I also do know that my genetic isnt good, used to be fat, and not tall enought icon_confused.gif
    Just trying to show my intention... get a bit more muscle, but get ripper body.
    I just dont want to look "large"and massive, as Im not very tall ;-)

    Just found an old before/after pic I made few months ago (to cheer me up ;-))

    .To remember, I lost about 20-25 kg back in 2007-2008.
    .Stabilized my weight for a year till the end of 2009.
    .Start to work out since at different level.
    .Big different between 2009-2011.
    .I have been working and traveling a lot since the end of 2011. SO not a big difference, but im happy that I keep about the same volume of muscle .


    ---> biggest "problem"
    As you can see on the last pic, my goal is to loose more volume on my hips, and gain more volume in lower/lateral abs, to obtain a more sharp definition. NO MORE love handles!!!!

    ---> smaller "problems"
    +lose fat in lower abs, to see the 3rd range of abs, and get rib off the horizontal line (tide jean/belt, past fatty guy here!!)
    +gain pecs volume and definition
    +gain arms volume and definition


    PS:This theard is like personal fitness diary.. but all advices, exercices, are more than welcome!

    OK, since my last post I gainned 6 kilos (13 pounds)...icon_biggrin.gif

    I feel I need to stop to gain mass, as it always come with fat too, and I dont want to go back to my fatty look! icon_confused.gif

    So I need to dry that body... hopefully it wont be to difficult...

    Years ago I lost many kilos, but that time I need to keep my muscle.

    weight training monday-wednesday-friday-sunday
    cardio training tuesday-thursday-saturnday
    diet proteines+no carb after lunch+...

    Allowing myself 4 weeks to lose 8 kilos, and finaly reach a ripped body for my birthday!

    Any tips are welcome . Just to let you know, Im not giving up on chocolate, 4 squares a day is a minimum! icon_smile.gif
