Your thoughts!

Mine: Worst! alien story ever! first 30 minutes scoring was except for that human/alien Hunk! unfortunately he died in a minute.
Best physique ever!
from a alien movie

never liked a movie which is so PREDICTABLE!

Story was C-
Action was C+
Graphics were A-
Cinematography was Good
Acting were like averagely Okay

End was like ...Do I look like I want to watch Part2?

But it sure made Avatar looks soo damn bloody good!

Only scoring point was

And to the person who made the trailer! he/she made a fantastic job! something Resident Evil franchise should look at!

I rather have agent Scully and Mulder acting and filed it under X-files!

Life would be so much more least complicated. honestly I miss them!

Would I be correct in assuming that the trailer is more interesting than the movie?
Because, I've watched the trailer several times. It's fucking awesome!

I always feel like you need to know something about a person in order to understand their critique.

You have a Katy Perry video in your profile, so it's not looking good so far!

What are your favorite movies?

Doesn't this movie not come out until tomorrow? I have tickets for Saturday and am pretty pumped.

I agree with this point. The guy is a major hottie ! Was pleasantly surprised when he took his shirt off. Although Fassbender is much hotter (see Shame).

Have yet to see the movie. My motivation is Michael Fassbender. Ive been in love with that man for along time now, and his charisma only increased after he was in Jane Eyre and then naked in "Shame" ... you should check him out in Shame... sweet goodness.

Shame was such a depressing film but I couldn't help being turned on by his hotness.

He's also very well endowed.

Dunno if I can post it here so click on this link if your curious

If Tarkovsky ever made a Hollywood sci fi pic this would be it.
It was pretty awesome I thought. The movie looked incredible.
Charlize Theron and Fassbender especially gave the best performances.
If you like pure sci fi films than this movie is for you. The 3-d was a rip off though. I spent an extra 7 bucks and there was hardly any real 3-d depth to it.

Just saw the midnight showing in 3D. Was decent, but predictable. Don't want to spoil why the movie was kept a big secret.

And yes, the lead guy and Michael Fassbender are quite hot. And of course, who doesn't love Charlize Theron?

Part 2? You mean the original Alien? Maybe you didn't understand the concept of the movie. I'm going to ignore this review, as I'm pretty sure the movie is going to be pretty incredible... No offense, I'm sorry you didn't like it...

Actually they're looking to make Prometheus into a trilogy. Its not an actual prequel in that sense. It takes place in the same Universe but its not a direct prequel to Alien. If you watched the movie then you would see it obviously sets it up for Prometheus 2.

Yea, I have yet to see it so I can only speculate. I knew it wasn't a direct prequel, but I figured the end of the film would tie into to opening of Alien at least a little. I hadn't heard about the idea making it a trilogy... This all just makes me want to see it even more...

I think people were expecting too much. It still has 75% at Rottentomatoes which is quite high for a scifi movie.

har19's review was spot on. Saw it tonight - left disappointed overall and wanted to like it very much. The writing was trite, characters thin, zero humor, terrific graphics and an obvious next movie setup. As a sic fi untie, I got my fix but I don't believe I will be watching this one multiple times.

i think it's difficult to explain how you feel after watching this movie.
It's definitely a visual experience like no other.
Roger Ebert has called it a magnificent sci fi film and it is.
Michael Bay could never ever do anything as brilliant and visually stunning as this film.

SPOILER!!!!!!!
Was David acting on his own or was he programmed to poison that really hot actor? Fassbender was obviously the most interesting character with Theron a close second. They absolutely nailed their roles. But I'm still confused as to what agenda the Android had. I'm just confused as to if he was acting on his own because he didn't like the humans or was he totally programmed for all of his actions.

Saw it last night, and it was fantastic. Not a perfect movie... some of the characters (the unhinged geologist, the by-the-book commander) were a bit thin for my tastes. But still a wonderful movie with a lot of nuance and challenging questions that you're forced to answer on your own (similar to Lost, which left a lot of viewers unhappy by not answering every riddle).

Without spoiling it, the movie is basically the origin story of the Space Jockey from the original Alien flick. I'm guessing the people who don't like it don't even know what that is.

I totally respect that! see here is the thing ALIEN with Sigourney Weaver in it is definitely a whole separate class on its own. Its not near nor the same league as this one!

Obviously!, there are many unexplained.. questioning yet 'black-holes' in this movie! which calls for a sequel.

A L I E N franchise has definitely set its class high above any other alien movies..I dont see any sign its relation to its prequel of ALIEN its nothing but just rumours, by just having a very look alike alien of the 'Alien' don't necessary mean it is soo. Dont tell Elizabeth Shaw is Ripley's great grandmother!?

talking about concept yes! but All I can say that this movie got its DNA missing!..like it dint have that BITE!

Can somebody make sure Charlize Theron just dont die so cheaply cause she is whole lot more worthy then that! even in Snow white the way she died dint justify her vogue character!

Michael Fassbender he played it very well.
