    As quoted in Doonesbury today:

"I longed in many respects to actually be in Vietnam and be representing our country there, and in some ways it was frustrating not to feel like I was there as part of the troops that were fighting in Vietnam."
    -- Mitt Romney, 2007

"It was not my desire to go off and serve in Vietnam, but nor did I take any actions to remove myself from the pool of young men who were eligible for the draft."
-- Mitt Romney, who sought and received four draft deferments, 1994

Vietnam? Seriously? Quoting Doonesbury? Why not just give up? Jesus, this is pathetic.
One last time, "it's the economy stupid."
Vietnam? What the fuck was that about anyway?

    LOL
Why don't you just give up?

FYI - this thread isn't about Vietnam.
It's about Mitt Romney's total lack of honesty and trustworthiness.
This thread lays out yet another lie that Mitt has been caught telling.

Maybe you don't think the values of honesty and trustworthiness are important to consider when voting for president but the reality is that they ARE.

No matter what the main issue of a campaign may be - the honesty and trustworthiness of the candidates must always be considered.

All politicians fudge things and strategize at times with their words - but never in my life of following politics have I ever seen such a bold-faced two-faced liar as Mitt Romney.

    No - that was Cheney.
Chicken Hawk Cheney got FIVE deferments.
    LOL

But the real point of this thread is that Mitt has been caught in yet another lie.
