Well, NO breakfast, and NO lunch, is hardly a healthy diet.

I better not tell you what I had for breakfast and lunch today... and yesterday... and the day before that... icon_neutral.gif

Your name implies a love of food, but this thread says otherwise. What are you? Some kind of an enigma?

I eat two dinners... Seriously I do. I eat at 4:00 and again at about 10:00. Sometimes I have a small sandwich or (you guessed it) cup o noodles for lunch although I am trying to get away from this unhealthy regime.

Generic Cheerios and orange juice for breakfast, but granola on the weekends for a special treat.

Lunch is usually a sandwich and milk.

I usually eat 5 times a day. First meal a day is usually dry cereal (one serving), a banana, and Muscle Milk Light. Second meal is greek yogurt, natural granola, and berries. Lunch is usually a chicken breast or fish, applesauce, cheese, and some vegetable.

Let's see...my regular breakfast are cereal, bananas, and glass of whey protein. My lunch most of the time consist of vegetables, cucumber, tomatoes, around half a cup of rice and some type of chicken breast with small amount of fruit on the side.

    Bacon and eggs.
    Sushi.
(I actually eat two lunches. That's the first. Second is a large salad with all kinds of veggies, plus some protein -- either grass-fed roast beef, tuna, or sardines.)

Breakfast is eggs with either toast and bacon or a banana and nuts. I have a chicken breast and vegetables and/or rice and an apple if I don't have the vegetables.

Breakfast is a cup of sliced fresh strawberries, 12 raw almonds, a teaspoon of agave syrup, and a tablespoon of half and half (I measure). One piping hot cup of coffee with 3 T. of half and half, and a teaspoon of agave syrup.

Midmorning Snack: Coffee and a Kashi granola bar. I gotta have at least one "sweet" a day.

Lunch: a huge bowl of mixed greens, 1 grilled chicken breast, and a tablespoon of real (not low-fat) dressing of my choice.

    Dinner is my big meal.

Overall diet right now is between 1800 and 2000 for weight loss. I put on a few pounds over the winter!

Do you really measure out everything like that? I can't do that. I mean I guess I could but I would be annoyed with life.

Breakfast: Homemade green smoothie. It's delicious and nutritious. Let me know if you want the recipe. You won't be hungry for hours.

Lunch: Homemade tuna salad sandwich. Again, very healthy. It has lots of shredded baby kale, celery, apple, green onion, black pepper, cayenne pepper and olive oil mayo.
