Protein Bars vs. Protein Shakes

    Im trying to build up my body for sports and just to look nice and solid. Any tips? And my main question is should I use protein shakes or protein bars after lifting. All advice will be greatly appreciated thanks! icon_smile.gif

    Protein shake after workout. Then a regular meal later. Protein bars are ok once in a while, but not all the time. Read the ingredients and you'll see it's full of not-so-good stuff.
