icon_biggrin.gif]Hello, new to the site, I am going this: Atlantis Gay Cruise - First gay cruise

    http://atlantisevents.com/2012-Baltic-Cruise/15#overview

It seems like a great vacation, and it goes to some awesome ports of call. I am wondering if any of y'all have gone on one of these. How was it? Did you go with a bf, or by yourself? I'd love to go, icon_biggrin.gif
Since I am single ,I have to go alone .
On the flip side, anyone interested in going and sharing one of the rooms? There's an option to go as a single and randomly get a roommate, but I'd rather know (any maybe even get along with) the person I'd be rooming with for a week.
Or I shall just let that happen ?
    Conncetion ,advice will be good
    Thanks

Well I hope you have a good time. I went on a similar cruise with Royal Carribean last fall.

However, I could not help but notice that this cruise stops for 2 days in St, Petersburg, Russia, where the government of the city has passed a very strict anti gay law. Of course, Atlantis Cruise lines is interested in making money so they do not care if they are going to be supporting a city with such a law already on their books.

    Really? Lame! Also, very judgmental.

Just got back from a cruise to Alaska but not a gay cruise. Sounds like fun, hope you enjoy it. Let us know how it was. When do you go?

I'm going on the Atlantis Mediterranean in late August/early September with another RJ member and good friend. You'll have a great time. If you can afford your own cabin, I definitely recommend it.

LOL! A Baltic cruise? Too bad both St. Petersburg and Tallinn are both incredibly homophobic places. Actually, I would love to visit both cities, but with a non-gay agenda.

Had a GREAT time doing a Baltic cruise last year; St. Petersburg was fascinating.
But I would do a straight cruise instead of Atlantis; europe cruises are EXTREMELY discounted this summer and you can probably do the same stops on a straight cruise for 1/3 the price!

I've recently been thinking about going on a gay cruise for the first time. I've been on plenty straight ones (boring to a gay guy) but I think I want to experience a gay one now for the first time actually. But a good one.

OMG! I am already pumped up thinking about a cruise but stopovers in this one are really questionable.
