Notice how the audience approves of Bugilosi's presentation to the committee when he finishes speaking.

Notice how Rep. Smith gets his panties in a bunch when the audience approves of Bugilosi's presentation.

One thing I do say is, the appeal to emotion is a very touchy tactic when trying to present a case like this.

Lamar Smith was my rep for a while, thanks to gerrymandering here in TX. I told his office via email he'd better adjust his positions since he now had much of liberal South Austin.

Anyway, I looked up Smith's presentation at this hearing, and him and his two supporting speakers came off as unprepared, without point, and rather childish. It's as if they were just sort of riding this out knowing that whatever will happen is a foregone conclusion.

Try to find it on YouTube.

Sounds like he was mad becuase he realized they might have a case... and they didnt prepare for that possiblity.
