I've recently started to lift weights because I want to become more lean. If you want to look at my stats or goals you can look at my profile, but put short I'm an average guy aiming to become more lean. I have a friend who's very fit who gave me an old workout of his he used when he was trying to stay lean. Do you guys have any advice for me in general? I'd really appreciate it thanks!
