We've been getting a lot of spam posts that don't look that much like spam. They're kind of spam fails.

    Melisa69 saidjhkh.gifI like this.

    Broken picture, "I agree".

Just wanted to point it out and remind people we can use the report spam button to keep our forums clean.icon_cool.gif

That's Mr. Skinnybitch to you! icon_razz.gif

I also think this is a good idea.

The only reason you would be not reported for spam for this message is because you wrote "That's Mr. SkinnyBitch to you!" otherwise you just did exactly what he said.
    xD

No, I'm not talking about people who socialize. I'm talking about people who make accounts for the sole purpose of spamming their business.

The picture I have in the original post is meant to be an advertisement to a weight loss site. But it's a broken link. It's not as noticeable because of the broken link and the text saying "I agree".

If we don't police ourselves, no one will, and we'd have spam all over the place. That's what the link is for, I'm just pointing out a spammer that's not as noticeable.

Ditto; sometimes there's a wave of them, which I think is due to orgs where you (supposedly) make money by depositing links onto message boards.

My favorite is when they post "bump" when it's only been two minutes since the last person posted. A few phrases like "bump", "I like this", or "I agree" are probably the only English they have been taught to do their job of spamming.
