This video, I saw was really interesting. Some parts i didn't quite understand, but the violence and sex, seemed a bit off to me, I just wanted to know what you guys thought about violence in correlation with sex whether playful or not, does it belong in a relationship? (gay or straight) I feel if this were a heterosexual relationship in the video we would all find it somehow more disturbing. icon_neutral.gif

    I found the vid hot!

    Love wrestling around in bed.

Maybe not getting slapped and punched in the face though. icon_neutral.gif

    Violence and sex?

    Well lets look at evolution...

One of the most primitive, still hermaphroditic animals, the flatworm, uses violence to decide who is allowed to fertilise. The winner getting to take the "male" role...

Also, it is one of the most primitive "hunting" animal species...

So masculinity = violent = aims to win over = hunts....

Yes, sex and violence are primitively linked together... which is so interesting, since violence is meant to destroy, whereas sex is meant to (pro)create.. so we see creation and destruction, the opposing forces, go hand in hand on a very basic psychological level
