Such a sad incident, but can't say it was too much of a surprise. Has anyone read his blog? He had serious issues with using hard drugs. Hope he finds the peace he was looking for...

Just 4 days ago he said he was on so much steroids that he was waiting for his liver to fail. WHY DO PEOPLE DO DRUGS AND STEROIDS!!!! 30 is way to young

Yes. And a good friend of mine too. I met him through my buddy Tristan Jaxx, also a pornstar, and we used to chill the past summers in Provincetown and drink and have fun. He was really funny and sweet and I'm going to miss him. I have a picture of us together I'll post it if I can find it through my folders...

We never officially met, but having written about the porn biz for some years, I can tell you that he could get scary and violent. I once lampooned him in a piece, and he threatened to kill me, and that was just a few months back. Said he would cave my skull in. Yikes. We live(d) in the same city, and I'll admit I looked over my shoulder for a few weeks after that.

He might as well have been a character out of Valley of The Dolls; even he admitted that he had become this over-pumped, over-tanned, over-sexed parody of all this A-List tripe.

The guy had Laura Palmer locked inside him -- there was someone innocent and broken there, but there was also a second self that sought out sexual degradation, dangerous kicks, vulture boyfriends-of-the-moment, and the inevitable Rip Van Winkle when it all caught up with him.

As much victimizer as he was victim.

I have actually seen him in person. I was at Max Brenner in union square and he was sitting at the table next to me. I can't believe such a young life just gone.
