Actually, one of the BIG complaints with most women is that men seemingly get more handsome with time. I think that's true in many cases, Will Smith, Denzel Washington, Brad Pitt, George Clooney, Jackie Chan, Johnny Depp, Morgan Freeman, Jet Li, Antonio Banderas.. I could go on ad-nauseam.
There are a few unfortunate incidents of men trying to run from father time under the knife. Sadly Mickey Rourke, once one of the sexiest faces in Hollywood has been disfigured for life a result of it.
He wasn't alone. Burt Reynolds looks as if he is riding in a centrifuge, Wayne Newton has blown his mug up to the extent he physically looks like a balloon. The latest - Rupert Everett, particularly sad his once dashingly handsome face drastically ruined for life.
Even scarier still..
Robert Redford, arguably one of the most handsome men in the "Golden" years is still gorgeous at 75. It's been rumored he had some tweaking, well if so he had the sense to keep it minimal.
Truly women have had more success, and because they can camouflage with makeup and hair the results are far more pleasing. Liz Taylor looked bloody amazing several times over the course of her life. Cher, also remarkable, although this last go round was not the perfection seen in prior work. Sharon Stone's latest rewind looks amazing, and Madonna looks good, however both women had best slam on the breaks now while they can.
Those that begin down this path seem to pass a point along the way where common sense sails out the window. The "Wildenstein" syndrome takes over and at the hands of unscrupulous doctors the sacrifice of nature is shocking. Faces destroyed, careers over. All because someone noticed a line somewhere.
I'll take my chances with nature thanks.
