    So I've been working out for years. I am still amazed at how many Mr. MaGoo's are out there; I'm refering to people who don't wipe off equipment. Here is the situations;
    Mr. Perfect (or so in his eyes) comes in and goes to the heaviest weights and grunts and groans thru one set. Moves on to a 2nd machine. Doesn't wipe machine one down. Now between the sets he will wander around in a circle looking lost. Spend that time with a towel and clean up after yourself.
    At the gym I attend there are 3 different stations with paper towels and cleaner. Or bring a towel. It's not so much for your self but to clean the equipment.
    UGGG. I held my tounge this time, but not again.
    2nd. 20 min work outs with no direction. Who are they trying to impress? Legs, back, arms, back, chest it's like some bizzare round robin and it will totally throw you off. I loose concentration because i don't know where they will go next. But it's okay in a few short mins, they walk out..all done!

    Maybe they are out-of-towners. Probably only have one opportunity to work out for weeks. That's why they do a little bit of everything. How is that making you lose concentration? Are you stalking them or is your gym a little cracker box apartment gym?

    nope
    Not stalking them i just go the same time they go.
    It's hard to keep to a rutine when people move around in random patterns.
    They are local folks.
