I had totally forgotten this, but I think this was sort of a big deal when this was first aired in the 1970's. I remember in another episode, Ted and Georgette were both dressed in tuxedos, and someone commented that they "looked like the top of a gay wedding cake".

Sorry I couldn't just get the relevant clip on here, but it's a good show, and what else do you have to do?

Thanks for bringing back High School memories. Women wore some weird stuff back then. I did like the "Hot Pants" though. Why didn't they have stuff like that for guys?

I think the Mary Tyler Moore show was the funniest and best-written series that's ever been on TV. Still.

I guess I rarely saw this show - but your clip here shows Mary looking pretty hot - great hairstyle for her. I don't remember any a gay brother for Phyllis - but I recall Betty White's character being funnier than heck - bitchy and mean sometimes!

That was hilarious! I've actually seen tons of episodes, but forgot how funny it was. They don't make shows like this anymore! You old folks had some great TV choices back in then. icon_wink.gif
