I know that everyone's body is different, and the only way to truly know what works for you is time and experimentation. My question is, how long does it take to know if certain foods and routines are working?

I'm new to the muscle building after a running injury, and want to know how long it takes before results start to show--if they show, to prove my work outs are effective.

For good results, you should give it a couple months....i know its a long time, but it takes that length of time to see bodily changes!
