I am drinking water now and not milk or pop, but I still have a sweet tooth. Last year I tried flavored water and really liked it. I know if I drink regular water, I get bored with it, but if I drink flavored water I drink a lot more water. Is it better to drink more watered, flavored or not, or am I doing too much damge with drinking flavored water?
