Its pretty clear Romney does not want to talk about immigration.

From self deportation to no response (after Fridays speech by Obama) to echoing Marco Rubio to declining to answer questions...

    Huge red flag for Republicans...

He is just as center right as Obama. Obama baffles on gay marriage and Romney baffles on immigration.
Funny how 2012 was supposed to be a big hub-bub in presidential politics but now it looks to be much of the same.

For someone who has to keep his face covered, not sure you have much credibility on most issues. Maybe taking the cover off, and coming out will free you a bit. Romney will say whatever it takes to get to the White House. The Republicans and their supporters will distort and lie as much as they possibly can in the next few months.

Have you noticed how cozy Mittens and Marco are these days?

You watch. Romney wants Florida's electoral votes so bad, he'll choose that pompous asshat as his running mate. And....there is enough dirt on Rubio it will bury the both of them 20 times over. Many of us here can't stand him.

Who can honestly throw their support behind a man who can't recognize what a donut is on sight, or who talks to people below his station like they're animals behind glass enclosures?

Jonathan Capehart nailed R-Money months back:

Dude is on safari in his own country.

Willard speaks only in vague generalities, nothing specific.
That way, his critics are left without much ammunition, other than his record as the SCREAMING LIBERAL governor of Massachusetts.

Yes, I expect that he'll pick Rubio.
Otherwise, he'll lose Florida, even though the Republicans there, are intent on practicing all manner of election fraud.

The election fraud our one-term Governor cooked up got the plug pulled on it by the Department of Justice. Every Supervisor of Elections in all of Florida's 67 counties held their nose to the deal too, even some die-hard right-wingers like the asshat Governor.

The latest polls show (and have shown) Obama ahead here. Technically, a Democrat can win state-wide here by carrying 7-9 of the aforementioned 67 counties (a high voter turnout helps too).

As the lies keep coming from the Repbulicans, I am sure they will be exposed for who they really are, no matter how much money and how they distort the truth.

I absolutely do not agree with you about Mitt Romney choosing Rubio as his V.P. Of course they are "cozy" these days...Marco Rubio is a bright and rising star in the GOP...why wouldn't they be? That does NOT mean he is ready to be President -- which Mitt Romney has said from the get-go is his #1 criteria in a running mate. As for your comment that "many of us here" (meaning Florida I presume, NOT RealJock) can't stand Marco Rubio -- that is your opinion, one that is certainly not shared with the majority of voters who voted him into office, and likely will keep him there. Romney does not necessarily need Rubio in order to win Florida. However, by the same token, there is no guarantee that Rubio could help him win it either.

Romney is not ready to be President, so why is he running?

Strong latino backlash against Romney. Latinos overwhelmingly support Obama immigration reform over GOP inaction.

Romney's whole campaign is an Etch-A-Sketch. He has changed positions so many times on so many things that I have lost count.
