My greatest video game related wish has come true!!! Ōkami is such a gem whose sales didn't reflect how totally awesome it is. In fact, I think it holds the record of being the least commercially successful game to win IGN's "Game of the Year" award. Anyway, here's the trailer. Which looks frakking awesome, too. They've really hauled ass to get the backgrounds and models to come up to 1080p standard. Plus it's widescreen with 16:9 aspect ratio. I can't wait to get my paws on this!



P.S. As GwgTrunks has pointed out, yes, Ōkami was made by Capcom and developed by the late Clover Studios. But the people who are releasing Ōkami HD are Sony, as they are the makers of the PS3 and manage the PlayStation Online Store, where this is going to be released.

Interesting looking game. I am not much of a gamer, but I have played a streetfighter-style game with the wolf character and I kicked my buddy's characters out of the ring. I'm glad it makes you happy.

Okami was phenomenal! It was like play a living painting. I also owned in Marvel Vs Capcom 3 with Amaterasu. Here is hoping to a decent port with no bugs.

All of this hd remakes are getting my hopes up for KH & FFX remake....crossing my fingers here.

Amazing game. Looking forward to buying it again.


Also, FFX HD remake is confirmed. Not sure if it's for the Vita or PS3, though.

If the controls worked a little better, I'd have loved this game. As it is, it's pretty great.

Also, this isn't a Sony game. This is a Capcom game. Give credit where it's due.
