I loved it when I finally got my own place. It was so nice being able to decide just how I wanted everything. Then shortly after I let my bf move in temporarily until he could find his own place. That was 9 years ago and he hasn't left

But ya those few months were bliss.

I'm 41 and still haven't decorated.

Mostly because my job makes me a nomad and I never stay put more than a few months at a time.

Why are you talking like that? You do realize mi is not a word right? Reading what you're trying to say is obnoxious.

Here, this will help both of you.

OP is from the islands. If you say it in your head with a cool Jamaican accent it totally makes sense.

Ah since you live in Boca Raton, you should take a drive to Sunrise to go to the IKEA store. It is about a 40 minute drive, but the store has a lot to offer at cheap prices

I decorated my bedroom with it. I got black sliding shades on my window with two reading lamps hanging over my bed. I also got a chair and desk for about $100. It is definitely worth going there. Also, two shelves and a magnet board

Phonetic spelling is more an art form than a nuisance.
