OK, I love my Men's exercise magazines. The most visible thing in my house that has nice looking men.
I take my copy of "Exercise for Men Only" into restaurants when my bf and I eat out at times. I bought a new one (new to me, called "Maximum Fitness") that seem reasonable, just not as many hot pics. So which do you like?

    1. Exercise for Men Only (my number #1)
    2. Men's Exercise
    3. Men's Health
    4. Muscle & Fitness (more on the bodybuilding scene)
    5. Men's Fitness
    6. Meximum Fitness (for men) *The new one I just bought.
    7. Men's Workout

The old Men's Fitness just doesn't do much for me anymore. What do you think?

The only one I buy is Men's Fitness. It's down-to-earth and knowledgeable about health and fitness. Its weights routines are useful and consistent in their advice.

Men's Health is rabidly heterosexual and the fitness advice is gimmicky and useless. I also hate the fact that they devote huge swathes of pages to articles about pleasing your woman when it's obvious the majority of its readership is gay.

Exercise for Men is something I'd only buy if I didn't have access to porn and wanted to bang one out over the models.

Muscle & Fitness: too focussed on being huge. Not what I want.

Men's Workout: see exercise for men.

I like Men's Health, I've gotten a lot of great workout routines from them and they do have some good articles.

EMO is like cheesy soft porn icon_razz.gif

Thanks for your post. I am really tired of Men's Fitness, and not crazy about Men's Health. I'm going to check out the magazines on your list. I took MF for years, but the stuff got really repetitive but may be fresher now that some time has passed. Thanks again!

There is so much free stuff on line, esp. here on RJ, why would you buy a magazine?

not even close...Muscle and Fitness #1. It has totally changed in the last few years not as bodybuilding driven as it once was but still enough about getting big muscles. Also has the best models and nutrition tips

EMO...is just cheesy, plus I HATE and I mean hate when they publish articles in half and squish the rest into the last too pages of the magazine

Men's health...has become just a list of statistics and facts, which often contradict each other, I don't mind lifestyle stuff and humorous articles....but I don't like the how to give her a better orgasm or trashy macho jokes and hetro sex stuff

Men's fitness....is a little better, but still reads like the list of statistics and facts and overall thin on the ground

Muscle and fitness is good...but that said it is simply too much ad space and with the Special 8 page AD reports disguised as articles I get the impression they paid to recommend half the stuff the write about.
