That might be an option if that's actually what the executive order did... it's not.

They're still here illegally. Obama is just electing not to implement the law for that class of law breaker.

Obama put a band-aid on a problem to get through the election and pander to the Latino vote. Romney wants long term solutions that are keeping within the rule of law, while at the same time NOT breaking up families. This is a very difficult and sensitive problem for our country, with no easy answers. Obama went for the easy route to try and get him through the election, rather than solving the problem long term.

I asked someone who would benefit under this order.

He brought up nothing has changed. As if he would to claim the exemption. Immigration would make him fill out documents OUTING his parents who are not covered in the exemption.

These are standard Immigration documents. So its almost worthless unless you are taking into custody. It doesnt help if someone wants to be legitimate.

Instead of calling out Romney, someone should think about how the press seems to have not latched onto this.

As for Romney hopefully he just pushes for a comprehensive solution.

It should be noted that THIS is something Romney is actually good at.

Romney did not support the dream act in the primaries? Why is he flip/flopping now? Pandering to the latino community while attempting to satisfy his base?

You can blast obamas solution... But romney has no solution
