My wrists are extremely skinny. They have an emaciated look.. My wrist bone is visible.. I can wrap my thumb Overy wrist!!

I'm very self-conscious... Even when I was fat they were skinny..

I tried working out but it doesn't really work. Perhaps I should try harder?
It literally looks like you can snap them easily & my arms are so skinny also icon_sad.gif... Idk if it's genetic or it'll just take time for them to get bigger..

Any tips for getting rid of my TWIG arms

I don't think you can get thicker wrists by working out. They might get slightly bigger while gaining weight, but probably not noticeable. You should probably just focus on your arms in general.

My wrists are tiny too (around 6.25"), and it's just a sign that you're probably an ectomorph.

I read somewhere that skinny wrists give the illusion of a thicker forearm, so turn those lemons into lemonade!

I doubt you can change the size of your wrist. It's a joint, not a muscle.

Am in the same boat, you can't do much about those. Work on getting your arms stronger and bigger.

    Exercises to Increase Wrist Width

"Your wrist is a condyloid joint that permits all angular motions, including flexion, extension, abduction, adduction and circumduction. The width of your wrist is mainly determined by the size of your body frame. The larger your frame, the larger your wrist. It is not possible to change the size of your bones, but it is possible to increase the size of the muscles that cross your wrist joint. Several exercises will target the flexor and extensor muscles that make up your forearm and cross your wrist."

My wrists are 6.00" and I'm okay with them.
I doubt anyone's going to care that someone has skinny/large wrists.

My wrists are very dainty too, my thumb and index finger easily touch each other wrapped around.

Nothing wrong with it and it won't change. Just concentrate on working those arm muscles and the definition will come. Muscle definition is far more attractive than size anyway...for some of us. icon_wink.gif

There are muscles that connect to the wrist joint you know namely the flexor and extensors. Don't ask for specific names I suck lol.

MuchoMasQueMusculo said^ I don't think this creature has wrists. He has to have arms first to have wrists, right?

Just to be clear, you guys aren't calling Caslon a dinosaur, are you?
