my problem is that im 19 and really skinny. ive filled out a tiny bit since i was 16 but not much. i find putting on muscle to b really really hard bc i cant put on an ounce of fat...i just burn it right off (even if my calorie intake is like 3,000-4,000 a day). it seems im really undeveloped. i look at other guys and they are bulky and broad and thicker and mature in their body. even if they have a really young face its still mature. its like they've filled out and are manly. im still like a 14 year old kid. even if i can grow facial hair and shit im still so massively kiddy looking. and obviously no man is going to want a boy that looks like a boy.

You say that like it's bad thing. Your only going to be there once, slow down and enjoy it. Filling out, well one thing is certain, you need to eat several times a day and the right foods, like clockwork. Discipline is key. Also, be ready to really push yourself. Most guys get into a rut, same moves same routine. Your muscles learn the routine and your progress stops, so change it up.

Enjoy this time, I know you probably hear it often. But it is true.

Wait about 5 years and you'll have the reverse problem, how to keep off the weight.

My build became athletic at around 14. But my acne didn't clear up until mid 20's. By my mid to late 20's, I grew a treasure trail out of nowhere (which is my best feature I'm told). Point is - your body will continue to evolve until you die. Love it and treat it nice. Someone thinks you're sexy as you are. You just need to find him.

    Are you fishing for compliments?

Only in America you're skinny. Elsewhere you're just slim. By the way, with a BMI approaching 23, you've already left skinny territory. My BMI when I was 24 was below 18. With your stature and current weight, it won't take long for you to bulk up. When you become 22 you'll look back and laugh.

I think you will start to look like a man, when you start to act like one. Personality, attitude, experience, and confidence make a man.

Some guys are just perpetually boyish-looking, and I say that as one of them. It's just a specific aesthetic that you're better off working with than against.

Everybody matures at his own rate and speed... trust me, when I was 19, I looked like I was in high school, wearing braces didn't help a bit....haha.

Everything changed by the time I hit my mid 20's. I gained muscle, I started exercising and yeah, I started to look like a man.

My comment.. enjoy the way you look, it will change eventually, you will mature.
    Enjoy it while you can.

Yeah you definitely don't look like a "kid". I would not call you uber manly looking, but still man, that's for sure. I don't get that young kid vibe from you at all.
