Worried about my health

  If you can't explain it with obvious things, get to a doc quick....young people can get strokes, and unexplained headaches can be a sign. Could be brain cells trying to tell you "we're dying"....you only have one brain. Use it while it's in good working order.

  Yes, you need to see a Dr. Probably nothing at all, or very minor, which is usually the case with me when see a Dr., but worth doing.

  See a doctor. There are so many reasons you could have a headache. Most of them are probably minor, but it's better to be sure.

  Headaches caused by dehydration are common without people realizing how simple it is to cure (drinking lots of water). Same with caffeine withdrawal (throbbing) headaches.
  
  Seeing a physician is always a recommendation. Sometimes though it causes additional headaches.

  A friend of mine died last year...collapsed while in normal conversation with her family...no warning.
  
  She had suffered frequent headaches for a few months beforehand.
  
  Turned out she had a brain tumor that went unchecked.

  Yes some years ago a friend of mine kept getting headaches, did nothing about it till he blanked out at work, a lawyer, got taken to hospital diagnosed with a brain tumour, told he had a few months left.
  He had the surgery, several times over the next few years, it kept coming back. If he'd have gone in earlier he would be here today and none of us would be missing him so much.
