Well this is kind of an update on my progression. It's been a year since I started my journey, sure I may not have the results I want but I can honestly say that I am a lot more stronger, faster, and agile. My reflexes have gotten quicker as well. So wat im saying is to guys still pursuing their goals, or have just begun to keep trying. It may take me ten years or it may not ever happen for me. But I can honestly say it won't be from lack of trying. KEEP TRUCKING! ^_^

I find it difficult to stop living a life of fitness and nutrition.

Once you've reached your goal, the motivation factor to keep it going becomes like an addiction.
