Hey guys after some deep thinking, I have decided to become a muscle bear. After attempts to be a Sean Cody model it would appear that is not ever gonna happen, and I feel more better about being a bigger guy rather than killing myself everyday trying to be something my body is clearly not. So from here on out im gonna shoot for a muscle bear build any help would be nice.

Maybe you should try being yourself. It's a whole lot easier.

    You're 22! Relax!
Go to the gym, do cardio, and lift (at least 3-4x per week)
Eliminate starchy carbohydrates from your diet.
Eat lots of protein and green vegetables.

    Try this for 90 days.

    Report back.

You should be more focused on your health rather than your appearance. Seriously.

Keep doing it. It will kick in.

Also, consider changing up your routine and getting a trainer. This might help you muscle through the blockage you're experiencing.

I honestly dont believe im overweight, I do insanity, kickboxing, zumba, amd kung fu on a regular basis. Basically im in traing 3-4 hours a day. It's really not my fault my body is not adapting.

I'm not saying that you are, but if you're going to try to be a "bear," that usually involves being heavy around the middle.

    Listen,

Setbacks and discouragement are a natural part of the process you are going through. Trust me. You can ask anyone that has gotten tired of reading my roller coaster of posts over the last year.

Just keep putting one foot in front of the other and keep following your plan - diet and exercise, and you will eventually look back and not recognize the person you were.

You got this. If you ever need to chat about how you are feeling from someone who can totally relate, please feel free to message me.

    Take care.
