Who here struggles with this during the summer? No matter what I do, sometimes I just can't fall asleep during this time of the year. I would be bed for hours to find myself still wide awake. No matter how I change my thoughts and my sleeping positions, I would still be awake. Now wide awake almost 5 in the morning after going to be at like 2am.

Yep.... as dawn breaks early... waking up gets earlier icon_smile.gif

I enjoy it... cause I know come Winter I'll be hibernating and struggling to get up...

I sleep with a fan -- a softly humming tower fan, not an industrial wind machine -- beside my bed pretty much year round. My core temp seems to be naturally higher than everyone else's, and I get the added benefit of the white noise.

I plan on spending the after-life haunting people, so I'm not planning on sleeping much then either.
