First time poster!

Wondering if anyone knew of a complete meal plan that would help me reach my goal in one month. Ive read a bunch about different tips and what jot but im curious to see if anyone knows of a totally laid out plan that consists of what you could (or did for that matter) eat at say...6 differnt times a day. A "diet diary" is kind of what im lookig for. Any help? Thanks!

Even surgery won't give you 6-pack abs in 30 days...takes longer than that to heal.

So, if surgery won't do it, don't expect some gimmick bullshit to do it, either.

Sorry didnt mean to come off gimmicky (fail on the post title). It seems like a lot of guys on here are in really great shape. In myself am in pretty good shape as well. I think for myself (skinny with not a lot of boday fat to loose) getiing a six pack in a months time would be attainable.

I love workig out so thats never been my problem. Finding a truely clean diet is. I dont want to do anything unhealthy but i would love to really beat the shit out of myself for one month and see some great results. Would aslo be great motivation to maintain whatever clean eating plan that is provided.
