I've been noticing more and more guys adjusting themselves at the gym. Same guys all the time. I think its hot, but also distracting too.

Stop typing about it and start hooking up with them (away from the gym, of course).

If more guys at the gym adjusted their attitudes they'd really be onto something.

Sometimes they are just in a really bad place for the exercise you're doing. Nearly crushed my boys doing leg raises on a flat bench, had to move them out of the way don't care who sees lol.

While I *completely* agree with this statement, I think it's natural to be distracted in some cases. We're all sexual beings, and it's become instinctual to check out those we're attracted to from time-to-time. Granted, staring and/or excessive cruising is not cool, but an occasional glance is ok--provided it doesn't make that person uncomfortable.

Seriously mate why is it either a turn off or turn on? Its neither just a normal function every man does, like women adjusting their bras, way to over think and sexualise something.....
