You left off the next sentence "Sharing needles is also a risk."

Isn't that how most gay people get HIV? Through unprotected sex or sharing needles. I don't understand your concern.

Because some of them have female partners and vaginal fluid can travel into the male urethra and infection occurs. Then the man can spread it to another man.

This is how I read the sentence.

last time i took an english class was a long time ago and excuse my rudimentary english education as an engineer,

    BUTTTT....

you can break down the sentence as follows...

Generally, gay and bisexual men get HIV through unprotected anal sex from exchanging semen

here's the problem i see... you can complete the sentence with either single item individually.

    and anal or vaginal fluids.

so i see it as ...

Generally, gay and bisexual men get HIV through unprotected anal sex from exchanging semen and vaginal fluids.

    and

Generally, gay and bisexual men get HIV through unprotected anal sex from exchanging semen and anal fluids.

    ...

which to me sounds very very off... unless of course anal sex exchanging vaginal fluid is something im too catholic to know about lol

but apparently im the only one.

Both of those versions are fine so long as bisexual men are included in the main stem.

If you're exchanging vaginal fluids during anal sex, you're doing it wrong.

It sounds just like the "...After Dark" books that were penned by hack writers as urban exposes during the '60s. They can only be described as a Mondo sexploitation movie meets National Geographic; the tones veer wildly from the hysterically pulpy to the clinically grave. Gays are like another species or life form with their own unintelligible subculture, and of course, they only come out at night.

    They're knee-slapping reads.

"You will need some time to sort out the language used in the gay community. To help you learn these terms we have included a list of words and their meanings in the Glossary section of this website."

    • Gurl - A common greeting among gay menz.
    • Menz - This is a gay man's pronunciation of "men". Ironically, the same holds true for many black females.
    • Bitch - Another common greeting for gay menz.
    • Bitch - A term of endearment among gay menz.
    • Bitch - A very derogatory term.
