counting calories

    how many stored calories should i have at the end of my day ?
    for example if im taking in 2250 calories daily and im burning 1500 plus
    that leaves me with 750 stored calories is that a good or bad thing should i have all of the calories burned or the complete opposite in where i should have more stored by the end of my day

    Hmm, I take in right around 1500 some times a little more. I burn at least 400 daily if not twice that.

    In the last 90 days I have worked off 50 pounds doing that...!

    I learned this formula:

    weghit X 11=a

    a X 35%=b

    a + b = total calorie need

    If looking to lose weight subtract 500; if looking to gain weight, add 500

    So for me:

    145 X 11 = 1,595

    1,595X35% = 558.25

    Total = 2,153

    Subtract 500 to lose weight = 1,653
