I am I am very cheap. Rather than paying 90 dollars for a pair of brand name jeans or shirts, I prefer looking at cheaper stores --- and sometimes that means the thrift stores. I know, you all probably think I am crazy, but you would be surprised at what you can find at a Goodwill and/or Salvation Army! icon_smile.gif

I love fashion, and anything classy that makes me stand out from others in day to day life. I don't think many who have commented on this thread know what's it's like to have total strangers both men and women walk up and compliment you on your outfit because it's unique or unfamiliar to them.
It's a huge ego booster, and when I am asked if I am from Europe or New York because I stand out from the crowd I've accomplished what I set out to do.
Also.. just because something is expensive does not make it fashionable. There are many mainstream European clothing lines that follow the fashion trends of all the famous fashion houses at half the cost.
One item that I get compliments from are nice shoes, shoes make the man. A nice pair of shoes worn with a complete $20 outfit from H&M or Target can make the outfit look like a million dollars.
Here is the brand I wear, and I get compliments no matter where I am or what I am doing.
