Getting down on yourself...

    Hi guys.

I know we all (or at least most of us) have those days, or times where we get down on ourselves. Whether you don't feel good about you're body, you're hair, your relationship status, how well you're doing at work, etc, getting down on yourself can ruin your whole day. Or even week.

I'm someone who slips into this pretty easily. So I was wondering if anyone had any good tips on how to snap out of it and make my mood/day better.

    Thanks, RJers!

I use music. I have certain songs that are about appreciating certain qualities or feeling good about yourself. When I sing them while feeling good, I get a certain spirit in me. When I'm down, I sing them and it reminds me that despite externals symptoms of badness, all that good stuff is still inside me and is just as valuable as ever. Whether others can see it or not.

    Here's a random one:

If I looked like the OP, I'd "get down" on myself every day.

I've tried doing this and end up with a stiff neck and no cum.

I fall into the depressed moods pretty easily too due to my past. Something that works for me is going over all the obstacles I've overcome, and if I could deal with those, the future doesn't seem so hopeless. Plus life is short, and I plan to leave it the same way I came in... Screaming and bathed in blood.icon_twisted.gif
