You just didn't recognize yourself when you introduced you to yourself next week.

Where's my small packets that turn into full blown gourmet meals? The cool hover boards? I feel like we got the short end of the stick when the time came and we didn't have those awesome things.

I miss that the future is coming too quickly. We're already halfway through this year, and decades literally fly by.

The "Circuit," the next big generation of the 'net, where we can teleport tricks to our doors, as presaged by the film "Logan's Run:"

Some chillingly familiar scenes, like when the rebuffed man seeking instant gratification asks the trick (after he turned down a blond boy) why she essentially logged in when she had no intention of putting out and she admits it was to distract herself. This was 1976! A helluva lot more interesting than how "Star Trek" foreshadowed cell phones, ipods and medical diagnostic equipment in that this not only predicted hookup sites but behavior.

It never comes... then when I feel like it arrives, I'm jipped by promises of now, but that keeps passing by... its like time is a conspiracy to eternally trouble me!

    This thread needed a themesong...

This is my favorite Meatloaf song - a duet with J-Hud...
