I wouldn't let him cum in your mouth, especially if it's just someone you're seeing, e.g. not serious.

While there's a lessened HIV risk with oral vs. anal, it's not 100% and there are plenty of other nasty bugs you can get. Once you know he's close, take your mouth off and stroke him until he shoots. If he objects, you can say that you want to watch him cum.

Use your best judgement. When I was dating I would tell the guys well in advance not to cum in my mouth. I only started doing it after I was in a relationship for a while and knew his history.

No do not let him come in your mouth. I never did such a thing and I contracted HIV from oral sex. If you both want to take this step, and you are thinking of a relationship with the guy then take an HIV test together and get the tests back together.

If you don't want to take the test, then there are some simple precautions to lessen the risk. Don't brush your teeth before giving a blow job. Rinse your mout out with warm salted water to test for cuts, or put a rubber on the guy and give him a blowjob.

Oral sex is great fun, but I found it a lot easier to live without it then living with HIV (and certainly a lot less expensive).
