Anyone else happen to just fall in-love / fall head over heels for a close friend. This is the second time where I have just really been into one of my really close friends. Argh, why do I like the staunch heteros icon_sad.gif

I never talk to him about it, I value my friendship too much.

O well, just wanted to see if anyone had anything calming to say.

p.s. sorry about not being verified, just joined.

bad idea. what happened with the first friend you fell for? probably nothing good.

If the friendship is great and he is STRAIGHT then don't even try.

My first good friend I just let go. I didn't say or do anything and eventually I just lost interest because I made myself. We are still good friends but I never came clean.

O well, I guess it is just the deep down desire to have someone close to yourself, ya know? When you have such a great friend who has been through a lot with you, isn't it natural to be attracted (and hope on the side he might be gay!!!)

    Thanks for the advice though.

p.s. and I have a reason for hiding the profile sorry if it seems troll or sketch.

Fascination with a straight guy well we all went through that but forget it! It may happen one night stand and then you will kill a good friendship forever!

I agree, even if they do have the inclination to play or get to "know" you, they will still have the str8 life that will keep you from ever truly being you! Keep them as friends, but look for romance with your other friends.

Thanks for the advice, it seems logical especially since friendships means a lot (albeit me wanting to hearing that I should go for it from 10 different people! icon_razz.gif

    Thanks again for your help

Fell hard for a best friend and it ended up being the worst experience in my life. I guess it didn't help he wanted to experiment which I took to mean many different things. Oh life in my 20's lolol

Yes I recently fell for my trainer. You would think a hot, 38 yr old who trains and massages men with no girlfriend/wife would be interested, but he knows I'm gay and has never made the slightest move. Nor does he seem to react to my innocent flirts. Figures with my luck I'd find the trainer thats straighter than the pointiest arrow..LOL.
