If you're not naturally lean, cheese will increase visceral fat around your internal abdominal organs.
(in other words, it's an inflammatory)

I love ALL cheese, but moderate it so its negative effects aren't physically visible.

I love Swiss, eat it by the slice with nothing else. Unfortunately, our regular supermarket here, Publix, has dropped my favorite brand of Swiss cheese, Kraft, in favor of their house brand.

I've tried every exotic deli brand, some quite expensive, and I still prefer run-of-the-mill Kraft Swiss. The whole milk, not the 2%.

Now that Publix has also dropped our laundry detergent, and some other brands we like, we're gonna start going to Winn-Dixie and Albertsons, to do at least some of our shopping there.

I used to love cheese, back when I could still eat it, but I never liked swiss cheese. Fascinating story, huh?

Swiss cheese is good, but just okay. I don't crave it. Provolone…that's a different story.

Did you know that uncircumcised men can harvest their own!

And it requires little to no effort!
