hey guys/experts here. i was 205 pounds but with dieting only i became 180 (maybe less now) and planning to lose even more until i hit 160; but the problem is that my waist now is 32 (180 pounds) so if i continue losing weight my waist will shrink while the upper half of my body (chest and shoulders) look bigger!!!?

    guys, what should i do?

As you lose weight, you'll lose fat from the areas that it's accumulated... but there's no detectable rhyme or reason to it.

I can't answer your second question without understanding what your objective is.

Unfortunately there is no way to target specific areas for your fat-burning goal. You're just going to have to have a clean diet, exercise, and rest. You'll get the results you want.

so you don't want a narrow waist and a bigger upper body?

I thought that was kinda what most guys wanted icon_confused.gif
